ARTICLE 1 - CONFIRMATION DE LA COMMANDE
Le Client qui valide sa commande sur le site www.princesse-ilou.com atteste avoir pris connaissance et accepter les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente dans leur intégralité.
La vente n'est considérée comme définitive qu'après envoi par PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE d'une confirmation de commande par courrier électronique au Client, et encaissement par PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE de l'intégralité de la somme due par le Client.
PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE ne peut être tenue responsable d'une erreur de saisie par le Client au niveau des produits commandés et/ou des coordonnées du destinataire.
ARTICLE 2 - TARIFS
Les prix de vente des produits en ligne sur le site www.princesse-ilou.com, indiqués en euros toute taxe comprise, sont ceux en vigueur au moment de l'enregistrement du bon de commande par le Client.
Les frais de traitement, d'emballage et d'expédition, dénommés "frais de port" dans le formulaire de commande, sont d'un montant de 5.60 euros pour tout envoi en France métropolitaine et d'un montant supérieur à 15.60 euros par commande pour tout envoi hors France métropolitaine.
PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE se réserve le droit de modifier le prix des produits en ligne sur le site www.princesse-ilou.com à tout moment et sans préavis.

Les photographies, commentaires et descriptifs des produits proposés sur le site www.princesse-ilou.com sont indicatifs et n'engagent nullement la responsabilité de PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE.
ARTICLE 4 - LITIGES
En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera privilégiée avant d'envisager un éventuel recours judiciaire. Les présentes conditions sont soumises à la loi française, et le tribunal compétent en cas de litige sera celui du lieu de domiciliation de PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE.
ARTICLE 5 - PAIEMENT SECURISE
Le montant des articles commandés ainsi que des frais de port, comme indiqués sur le formulaire de commande, est débité du compte courant du Client au moment de la validation de la commande.
Toutes les commandes sont payables en euros par carte bancaire (Visa, Master Card, Carte Bleue) ou par chèque.
Dans le cadre de la lutte contre les fraudes sur Internet, les informations relatives à toute commande pourront être transmises à tout tiers habilité pour vérification.
La sécurité des paiements réalisés sur le site www.princesse-ilou.com est garantie par le service de paiements sécurisés de Paypal qui intègre la norme de sécurité SSL 3DS interdisant toute interception ou modification des données confidentielles fournies par le Client.
Celles-ci sont transmises cryptées sur le serveur de Paypal, et ne transitent en aucun cas sur le serveur de PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE qui n'a donc pas accès à ces informations. En fin de transaction, le gestionnaire de télépaiement délivre au Client un certificat électronique reprenant tous les éléments du paiement avec la demande d'autorisation bancaire (transaction acceptée ou annulée).
ARTICLE 6 - RESPONSABILITE
Les photographies et les textes n'étant pas contractuels, la responsabilité de PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE ne saurait être engagée en cas de différence d'aspect ou de caractéristiques, entre le produit livré au Client et son descriptif sur le site.
PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE ne sera pas tenue responsable de I'inexécution du contrat conclu en cas de rupture de stock ou indisponibilité du produit, de perturbation ou grève totale ou partielle notamment des services postaux et moyens de transport et/ou communication, et plus généralement dans tous les cas de force majeure. PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE ne sera pas tenue responsable de tous dommages indirects qui pourraient survenir du fait de l'achat des produits présents sur le site.

Le Client dispose auprès du service client de PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE d'un droit d'accès, de consultation, de modification, de rectification et de suppression des données le concernant.
ARTICLE 8 - EXPEDITIONS
Les produits sont livrés à l'adresse de livraison indiquée par le Client dans le formulaire de commande. PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE s'engage à traiter toute commande sous un délai de 3 à 20 jours. Le client sera averti par e-mail du délai.
Les retards éventuels n'autorisent pas le Client à annuler la vente, refuser la marchandise ou réclamer des dommages et intérêts.
ARTICLE 9 - RECLAMATIONS
Pour être admise, toute réclamation pour non-conformité ou article manquant doit être transmise par courrier électronique à PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE le jour même de la réception des marchandises. Celle-ci doit préciser le motif de la réclamation, le numéro de la facture correspondante, le numéro de compte indiqué sur le formulaire de commande afin d'assurer la traçabilité de la commande et de traiter la réclamation dans les meilleures conditions. Le cas échéant, le retour des marchandises non conformes, pris en charge par PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE, doit s'effectuer sous sept jours à compter de la date de réception.
Dans le cas où la réclamation concerne un article manquant, PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE s'engage à renvoyer l'article sous 24 heures à ses frais.
ARTICLE 10 - DROIT DE RETRACTATION ET RETOURS
Conformément au Code de la Consommation, le Client dispose d'un délai de rétractation de 7 jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de réception de sa commande, pour retourner le(s) produit(s) à PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE et en demander l'échange ou le remboursement, à l'exception des frais d'expédition initiaux. Pour être admis, tout retour doit être signalé par courrier électronique à PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE avant la réexpédition du(des) produit(s). Le Client doit préciser le numéro de la facture correspondante et la référence de la commande afin d'en assurer la traçabilité et de traiter la demande dans les meilleures conditions. Le Client doit joindre au(x) produit(s) retourné(s) le bon de retour dûment rempli. En cas d'exercice du droit de rétractation, PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE garantit le remboursement de tout article ou l'échange contre le même article dans une taille différente, dans la limite des stocks disponibles, sous réserve que l'article lui ait été restitué dans son état neuf et dans son emballage d'origine, sans avoir subi aucune dégradation ni transformation, et sans avoir été porté.
En cas d'échange ou de remboursement, à l'exception des articles bénéficiant d'une remise tarifaire, les frais de port occasionnés sont à la charge du client.
Une fois les vérifications faites, les conditions d'échange ou de remboursement étant remplies, PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE s'engage à procéder à l'échange ou au remboursement dans les meilleurs délais et a minima dans les trente jours ouvrables suivant la date à laquelle PRINCESSE ILOU & PRINCE ANGE aura été informé de la volonté du Client d'exercer son droit de rétractation ou son souhait d'être remboursé.

Le mail que vous nous envoyez à cette fin, avec les images, fait office d'autorisation de votre part pour publication en ligne de ces images.
Elles ne seront publiées que dans le seul album photo et retirées de celui-ci au bout de quelque temps ou sur votre demande.
Toutes les images envoyées ne sont pas systématiquement publiées.

The Customer who confirms his command on the site www.princesse-ilou.com gives evidence to have acquainted and to accept the present General Conditions of Sale in their completeness.
The sale is considered as definitive only after sending by PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE of a confirmation of command by e-mail to the Customer, and collection by PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE of the completeness of the sum owed by the Customer.
PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE cannot be considered responsible for an error of seizure by the Customer at the level of the commanded products and\or for coordinates of the addressee.
ARTICLE 2 - RATES
The selling prices of the on-line products on the site www.princesse-ilou.com, indicated in euro TTC (French VAT in 19,60 %), those are current at the time of the recording of the order form by the Customer.
The expenses of treatment, packaging and expedition, called(mentioned) "postal charges" in the form of command, are to the amount of 5.60 euro for any sending in metropolitan France and to the amount of 15.60 euro by command for any sending except metropolitan France.

All the commands are payable in euro by check card (Visa, Master Card, Credit card).

PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE will not be considered responsible for I' non-fulfillment of the contract concluded in case of shortage of stock or unavailability of the product, the disturbance or the all-out or partial strike notably postal services and means of transportation and\or communication, and more generally in every case of force majeure. PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE will not be considered responsible for any consequential damage which could arise because of the purchase of the present products on the site.

ARTICLE 9 - COMPLAINTS
To be admitted, any complaint for nonconformity or missing article must be passed on by e-mail to PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE the same day of the reception of the goods. This one has to clarify the motive for the complaint, the number of the corresponding invoice, the account number indicated on the form of command to assure the traçabilité of the command and treat the complaint in the best conditions. If need be, the return of the not corresponding goods, taken care by PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE, has to be made under seven days as from the date of reception.
In case the complaint concerns a missing article, PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE undertakes to send back the article under 24 hours to his expenses.
ARTICLE 10 - STRAIGHT AHEAD OF RETRACTION AND RETURNS
According to the Code of the Consumption, the Customer has a period of retraction of 7 workdays, as from the date of reception of his command, to return the product (s) to PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE and ask for the exchange or for the refund(repayment), with the exception of the initial freight costs. To be allowed, any return must be indicated by e-mail to PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE before the forwarding of (of the) product (s). The Customer has to clarify the number of the corresponding invoice and the reference of the command to assure(insure) the traçabilité and treat the demand in the best conditions. The Customer has to join in x) product (s) returned (s) the check of return duly filled. In case of exercise of the right of retraction, PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE guarantees the refund(repayment) of any article or exchange against the same article in a different size, within the limits of available stocks, under reserve as the article was restored to him(her) in his(her) new state and in its original packing, without having undergone any degradation or transformation, and without having been carried.
In case of exchange or of refund(repayment), with the exception of articles benefiting from a tariff discount(delivery), the caused postal charges are chargeable to the customer.
Once the checks were made, the conditions of exchange or refund(repayment) being filled(performed), PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE undertakes to proceed to the exchange or to the refund(repayment) as soon as possible and has minima in thirty workdays according to the date in which PRINCESS ILOU & PRINCE ANGE will have been informed about the will of the Customer to exercise his right of retraction or his wish to be paid off.

They will be published only in the only album photo and removed from this one after a while or on your demand.
